Information you send
The quote form requires your full name, email address and project location or island. Phone number, window style, approximate quantity and project details are optional. Information you choose to include in those fields is also submitted.
The Contact Us form requires your name and email address. You may also provide an inquiry type, phone number, project island or location, quote or order reference, and a message. These details help us respond to general questions and follow up on quotations or existing orders.
The current inquiry form has no file-upload field. Relevant plans, window schedules, specifications and photographs can be sent by email to info@hawaiiimpactwindows.com. We receive your sender details, correspondence and information contained in the files you provide. Share only documents needed for your inquiry and remove unrelated personal information where possible.
Do not include payment-card or bank-account details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal documents in the general inquiry form or email. The quote form is an inquiry channel, not a checkout. Follow the payment instructions supplied for your particular order rather than sending payment details through this form.
How your inquiry is handled
We use the information you provide to respond to questions, review window requirements, prepare and follow up on quotations, and handle order-related correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order.
The website form is configured to save a submission record in WordPress and send an email notification to info@hawaiiimpactwindows.com. The notification includes the submitted fields and the date, time and source page. Stored submissions include the source-page address. Inquiry information may therefore be held in both the website submission system and email correspondence.
Website services, cookies and security
The website uses WordPress and Elementor for its pages and inquiry form, including submission storage and email notifications, and WP Engine hosting. Website hosting, submission storage and email systems process the information needed to receive and manage an inquiry. Information sent through links to other websites is handled by those websites under their own notices.
External resources and cookie controls
The site loads typography from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service to request font resources, which involves technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. Browser settings let you manage cookies and other website data; restricting them can affect website functions. Contact info@hawaiiimpactwindows.com with questions about website resources or cookies.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Limit what you send to project-relevant information and do not use general inquiry channels for payment details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.
Stored records, retention and privacy requests
For questions about information held in connection with your inquiry, including storage, retention, correction or removal, email info@hawaiiimpactwindows.com. Include enough context to identify your inquiry, such as the email address you used and the approximate date you contacted us. Avoid sending extra sensitive information.
Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or other handling of your personal information. Send your request to the same email address. Do not include identity documents or other sensitive records in your initial request.
