What makes a window impact-resistant?
The complete window assembly needs supporting impact-performance documentation. The glass type alone does not establish a rating. Have your project professional review the proposed system and its approved configurations.
Can I choose frame finishes or glass options?
Ask about frame materials, finish options, Low-E glazing and custom sizing when requesting your quote. Available choices depend on the specific window system.
How are delivery and lead times handled?
Share the project’s island and location. We confirm delivery arrangements, estimated timing and any associated charges for the specific order before you proceed.
Do you keep windows in local stock?
